How do you provide after-sales service while you are at China?

We do international business for 12 years, you just take picture, video with specific description via mail, our after-sales team will analyze and support accordingly.
Also can support through whatsApp and telephone conference.

What is the Shipping Way?

20-30 days by sea to your nearest seaport,
2-5 days by air to your nearest airport,
3-5 days by express to your doorstep,
20-25days by DDP shipping through sea, to your doorstep, with all customs cleared and tax paid, no need any extra cost for Asia and middle east area.

What's your MOQ(Minimum order quantity)?

If buy for order production, 300pcs(per color each design) for leather wallet and leather bags.

How to do if I can’t reach your minimum order quantity?

Do not worry about that. If you can’t reach MOQ for each item, we suggest you refer to our goods in stock and group sourcing items. We also can send you the latest list of the prompt goods for your reference.These are also our hot selling items. You can get them in lower price and smaller quantity.

What kind of material can I choose?

Vegan leather, PU leather, Genuine Leather, PVC leather, bonded leather, Fabric, as your requirements.

Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. And we’ve made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing draft. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 3~10 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product and it will be refunded after ordering with us.
